5–10 Years of Experience | Full-Time A well-established South Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join and help grow its expanding Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on a significant role within a developing department . The firm has a junior associate already in place and is seeking an experienced attorney who can independently manage sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, and provide mentorship as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Handle sophisticated estate planning, trust, probate and estate administration matters Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related estate-planning documents Counsel clients regarding estate and trust planning strategies Work directly with high-net-worth individuals and families Independently manage matters while developing strong client relationshipsMentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and support staff Play an active role in the continued growth of the firm's Trusts & Estates practice Qualifications 5–10 years of Trusts & Estates experience Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Strong estate planning and trust experience Ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters Excellent drafting, analytical and client-facing skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Portable business is not required ; existing client relationships are a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
