Only considering candidates with the following At least 2 years of member/customer service experience, required Microsoft Office Excel and Word experience, required Financial institution experience, preferred Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment Read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions accurately Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Apply basic math, spelling, and data accuracy skills Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with diverse individuals and stakeholders Maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure in a fast-paced environment Meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and changing demands effectively Responsibilities Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner Provide accurate and efficient member support and service Route Silver Cloud inquiries to the appropriate staff members Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Maintain lobby materials, ensuring information is current, stocked, and organized Approve check orders as needed Retrieve and prepare documents in response to subpoena requests Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary Update and maintain member W-8 information Assist members with travel notices for debit and credit cards Assign and distribute inbound emails to appropriate team members Pay $17.00 - $20.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr swipejobs
