Senior Counsel, Commercial Auto Claims & Litigation
Government Employees Insurance Company
GEICO is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Litigation, Investigations and eDiscovery Division as a Counsel, Commercial Claims. The role combines strategic legal guidance with litigation management for commercial auto claims, requiring deep knowledge of coverage, bad faith and extracontractual exposure.
Location is HYBRID with 3 days in office per week. The ideal candidate has a JD, bar admission, and at least 7 years of relevant experience in private practice or in-house at an auto
