We are seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients throughout the pre-litigation lifecycle and guiding matters toward resolution or litigation readiness.

Who you are:

• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with state bar association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team

What will you be doing?

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability cases
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
