Construction Project CoordinatorAs a Construction Project Coordinator at Tesla, you'll focus on the administrative and coordination aspects of construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and helping to facilitate communication across teams. You'll oversee multiple projects from start to finish, supporting the Engineering and Construction teams in driving progress and maintaining workflow.ResponsibilitiesCollect, manage, and distribute communications and reporting for the Construction teamAct as a liaison between Engineering Program Managers, Construction Managers, and SuperintendentsCreate and track workflows, including submittals, work approvals, and RFIs. Set priorities and manage dailyTrack project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
