About the Role:

As an Admissions Coordinator , you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families

• Building strong relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and other healthcare partners

• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the admissions process
