Executive Vice President of Operations

The client is seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of two supermarkets in Union, NJ. The role is focused on overall operational execution, with an expectation of regular in-store presence to oversee performance and maintain strong day-to-day standards. The Executive Vice President of Operations will be accountable for the PandL for both locations and will supervise store managers directly. This senior executive role will drive execution across daily operations, align teams with operational priorities, and ensure effective management of store-level performance. The ideal candidate is a high-level senior executive with 20+ years of experience running large supermarkets and demonstrated PandL management expertise. Prior leadership experience in executive-level roles such as General Manager, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, or Executive Director is appreciated, along with experience gained through comparable supermarket organizations.
