You won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute, help coordinate technical work, and play a role in how we begin using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently.If you’re curious, organized, and excited about both technology and the emerging world of AI automation, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow.What You’ll DoSupport Programmer Analysts with the design, development, and support of business applications and systemsCoordinate and organize meetings, technical discussions, and project activities for the teamTake notes during meetings and use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to summarize information into clear, actionable insightsAssist with reviewing client work requests and help estimate effort using standard methodologiesCollaborate with internal teams and business users to support application usage and troubleshootingWhat You BringCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (graduating May 2028 or later); also open to Master’s students.Interest in AI automation and emerging technologies; familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot or similar is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new tools, systems, and technologiesA collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA Qualified candidate will:· Be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline with an expected graduation date of May 2028 or later· Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours; up to 40 hours a week may be available during the summer and school breaks· Have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to protect highly sensitive and confidential information; Must be able to meet regular deadlines· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills· Possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products· Be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentRequirements:· Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours; and up to 40 hours a week during the summer and school breaks· Student Interns must be enrolled in a specified degree program and maintain the required hours for full-time student status, good academic standing at their college or university, as defined by the college or university and the GPA required for graduation by their college or university.
