Organizational Effectiveness Analyst: Strategy, Analytics & Change
H&R Block
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness coordinator to support executives and partners by coordinating and executing OE projects, including talent assessment and training initiatives. You will design interventions with OE consultants, build dashboards, integrate talent assessments into HRIS, and manage vendors and reporting.
