Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages check ins of all drivers, customers, salespeople, etc.
- Maintains the daily logs of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Enters Orders
- Prints Orders
- Collects payments from Cash on Delivery customers and sends to Accounts Payable.
- Handles will call orders.
- Dispenses orders to order fillers.
- Processes paperwork for outbound freight
- Maintains logs of orders and their disposition.
- Maintains assignment of doors for truck loading.
- Coordinates within house fleet of delivery drivers.

- The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Working environment mostly in a regular office setting, and occasionally in a refrigerated environment.
