Recruiter (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (FTE conversion possible)

Hourly Pay: Up to $30/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (local time based on candidate location)

Hybrid Requirement: 60% of working days in the office (minimum 3 days per week)

Interview Process

• Two rounds of Microsoft Teams interviews
• Paid parking available at all three locations

• Experience with Workday and Phenom (preferred)
• Sales recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with inbound recruiting, outbound sourcing, and relationship management
• Resilient personality with the ability to work effectively with demanding hiring managers, solve problems, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent with limited reliance on outside agencies. Utilizes a variety of sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent, manages the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, and delivers an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing and selection of diverse candidate pools
• Effective project management skills
• Strong recruitment marketing and networking abilities
• Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
