Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Puyallup, WA.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments is required.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and long-term care patient populations preferred.
• Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule pattern: 5x8.
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
• This position is shared between two long-term care locations; candidate must be willing to float between facilities as required.
