URGENT HIRING – Senior Loan IQ Business Analyst (DCT Migration) 

Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid) – Local Candidates Only

We are urgently seeking a Senior Loan IQ Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ expertise and hands-on experience supporting DCT migration uploads.

Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Extensive experience working on Loan IQ-based projects
✔ Strong SME-level knowledge of the Loan IQ platform
✔ Hands-on experience with DCT migration uploads and execution
✔ Deep understanding of Loan IQ data structures, workflows, and business processes
✔ Experience in data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
✔ Strong Business Analysis skills including requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
✔ Banking/Commercial Lending domain experience preferred
✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time-sensitive deliverables

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and support DCT migration uploads within Loan IQ
• Act as the Loan IQ SME for migration and transformation activities
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful migration execution
• Support testing, deployment, and post-migration activities
• Ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced project environment
