Genesys Cloud Engineer

1 Year Contract minimum + Long Term Extensions

100% Remote

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud (required)
• Microsoft Teams Telephony experience is a bonus but not required
• Voice engineering background with hands‑on implementation experience
• Migration experience from platforms such as RingCentral or Five9 is helpful, but they will not be responsible for those platforms directly

Overview:

• Hands‑on Genesys Cloud voice engineers needed to assess the current environment and design solutions for the existing business.
• Role is heavily focused on requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution, with a strong project management component.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate current voice/call center environments
• Design and implement solutions within Genesys Cloud
• Support migration of 12 call centers to Genesys Cloud
• Lead call routing configuration and Genesys Cloud functionality
• Coordinate access, stakeholders, and timelines while managing their own projects
• Participate in due diligence, solution build, user testing, and operational handoff
