Step into a dynamic medical-surgical unit where you'll deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adults in an acute setting, collaborating with a skilled team to coordinate patient progress across shifts. This 12-hour day-shift position operates on a weekend-only schedule (Saturday and Sunday), with guaranteed minimum hours and a streamlined orientation to help you settle in quickly, using a MEDITECH electronic charting system. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of RN experience (or four years if no travel), along with BLS and NIHSS certifications, a comfort level with cross-training across related units, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio around 1:6. Requirements:

• 2 years of nursing experience
• 1 travel assignment OR 4 years of experience w/o travel
• Med/Surg/Acute Care experience

• Strict 75 Mile Radius Rule
• Unit Labor Pool
• MedSurg floats to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care
• Weekend coverage: Sat/Sun ONLY
