The Role You will be the driving force behind our people-first culture—from hiring compassionate caregivers to supporting a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding and retention for clinical and non-clinical staff Foster a culture of respect, compliance, and continuous improvement Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately and confidentially Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare-specific labor regulations Serve as an approachable and proactive resource for staff conflict resolution, coaching, and support Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training coordination Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and staff development Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care (HR certification a plus) Strong understanding of labor laws and healthcare compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Why Join Us?
