Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end PMO/Shared Services function for assigned Business Units, Competencies, Service Lines, or Customers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and PMO/tool functional experts.
• Partner with onshore business units and clients to understand business requirements and deliver customized PMO services.
• Define and implement PMO tools, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Act as the primary liaison between regional business units and delivery management or between clients and project delivery teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements across PMO operations, governance, reporting, and service delivery.
• Ensure delivery excellence while aligning PMO services with organizational and client objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 11–14 years of PMO, Program Management, or Infrastructure Delivery experience.
• Experience managing enterprise PMO operations supporting multiple business units or clients.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, executive reporting, financial tracking, and delivery excellence.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in large global IT services or consulting organizations is highly desirable.
