Our organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to become part of a successful, physician-led private practice dedicated to outstanding breast health. As a leading provider of comprehensive breast care in the region, our fellowship-trained specialists achieve exceptional outcomes while offering the personalized attention that a focused practice can provide, all situated in the heart of the Midwest.
Position Highlights:- Exclusive focus on breast surgery - no general call or unrelated duties
- Over 500 cancer case referrals annually; the practice is already established
- Opportunity to serve as Medical Director, influencing program development
- Newly constructed Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) featuring cutting-edge imaging technology and full surgical autonomy
- Onsite radiologists, a dedicated breast navigator, and a skilled NP/PA team
- Guaranteed base salary exceeding $500K, with potential for production bonuses
- Immediate buy-in opportunity for the surgery center, allowing for equity building from day one
- $10K stipend for continuing medical education, along with executive-level benefits and generous paid time off
- Completion of a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology is mandatory
- Open to both seasoned surgeons and outstanding new graduates
