This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, coordinate dependencies, identify potential schedule risks, and support shipment readiness activities.The ideal candidate has strong project management, communication, and organizational skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport overall program execution and project coordination.Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and key milestones.Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and follow up on outstanding action items.Identify schedule risks, roadblocks, and potential impacts to program timelines.Facilitate communication between internal teams and key stakeholders.Track milestone completion and provide regular project status updates.Support shipment readiness activities to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, trackers, and status reports.Assist with resolving issues that could impact program execution or shipment timelines.QualificationsPrevious experience in project management, program management, or a related project coordination role.Strong experience with schedule tracking, milestone management, and cross-functional coordination.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify project risks or delays.Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with technical and operational teams.Position DetailsThis is a temp-to-hire opportunity based in Fremont, CA, requiring onsite attendance five days per week.
