Landscape Crew Lead

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Crew Lead to oversee a small team and maintain high-end residential and commercial landscapes. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates well with team members, and enjoys leading a crew. Responsibilities Lead and manage a 2–4 person landscape crew Execute weekly maintenance routes and seasonal services Train and mentor crew members Ensure quality standards are met on every property Communicate with management regarding property needs Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Identify potential improvements or issues on client properties Qualifications 2+ years professional landscaping experience Experience leading a crew or training others preferred Strong knowledge of mowing, pruning, irrigation basics, and plant care Ability to manage time and keep a crew productive Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors Compensation $22+ hourly About Blue Stone Landscaping We are a local landscape company that focuses on commercial landscape maintenance and high-end landscape construction.
