Position Overview The Client Relationship Manager serves as a key member of our advisory team and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This is an in person position based in our Richmond office. The successful candidate will work closely with financial advisors and fellow team members to help manage client relationships, coordinate service needs, participate in client meetings, oversee follow up activities, and ensure a high level of organization throughout the client experience. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and developing trusted relationships. The successful candidate will help anticipate client needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of service that define Seven Hills Wealth Advisors. The position requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, adaptability, exceptional organization skills, and the ability to effectively support multiple advisors and a diverse group of clients. This position will consistently adhere to all legal, regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards while maintaining the highest levels of client confidentiality and professionalism. Ideally, this is a full-time salaried position. However, we are open to discussing a part-time arrangement for an exceptional candidate. Primary Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow through Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout all stages of the client relationship Anticipate client needs and help coordinate solutions in a timely manner Maintain accurate and detailed client records within the firm's CRM system Own and manage assigned client service requests from start to finish Coordinate and track ongoing client service activities and deliverables Maintain responsibility for assigned client relationships and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience Client Meeting Support Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and supporting materials Participate in client meetings alongside advisors Take detailed meeting notes and document action items Coordinate all post meeting follow up and implementation activities Ensure client commitments and advisor action items are completed accurately and promptly Help create a seamless and positive experience before, during, and after every client meeting Operations and Service Support Manage account maintenance requests and client documentation Process beneficiary updates and account servicing requests Coordinate money movement requests and banking authorizations Complete account reviews and related documentation Upload and maintain client records within approved systems Assist with new account opening and onboarding processes Track and monitor new business opportunities through completion Execute trades and money movements in accordance with licensing, firm policies, and compliance requirements Participate in special projects and operational initiatives as assigned Enter and maintain client information within financial planning software Review client financial statements and supporting documents Assist with preliminary investment and planning analysis Prepare materials for client financial planning discussions Assist with retirement projections and planning scenarios Assist with insurance analysis and illustrations Respond to client questions regarding financial planning recommendations and account information Run reports, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance procedures are followed throughout the planning process What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months, a successful candidate will: Develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues Confidently participate in client meetings and planning discussions Independently manage client service requests and follow up activities Support multiple advisors with minimal supervision Consistently deliver a high touch client experience Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills Help increase advisor capacity through effective execution and relationship management This position offers significant long-term growth potential. Depending on experience, licensing, performance, and interest, the role may evolve into an expanded Client Relationship Manager and Associate Financial Advisor position. In such a capacity, the individual may independently manage a select group of client relationships, conduct client meetings, provide ongoing planning support, and assume additional leadership responsibilities within the practice.
