Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Katy, TX)

Biopharmaceutical company seeking a field-based Specialty Account Manager for long-term care (LTC) to drive product adoption and commercial execution in an assigned territory. The role requires expertise in CNS treatments, relationship building across LTC care teams, and both virtual and in-person engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption across LTC facilities in assigned territory
- Build relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and LTC staff
- Engage clinical pharmacists, case managers, care coordinators, and closed-door pharmacies
- Execute marketing strategies to support successful product launch
- Conduct both virtual and live customer engagements
Requirements
- Experience in long-term care sales or account management
- Knowledge of CNS conditions and treatment landscape
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to execute virtual and in-person customer interactions
- Territory-level business acumen and market assessment capability
- Disease state expertise in neurology or psychiatry
