They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team and grow with them — in office in Wood Dale, IL and out at job sites across the Chicagoland area.Day-to-Day DutiesSupport several Project Managers across multiple active projectsManage submittals and RFIsAssist with subcontracts and remittanceMaintain and update project schedulesCoordinate daily with superintendents and help resolve field issues as they ariseProcess and track change orders in Primavera P6Must-Haves3+ years of commercial construction experience as APM, Project Engineer, etc.Background from a General Contractor or a subcontractor is welcomeFamiliarity with public/institutional project delivery - many public projects here!College degree preferred- not requiredERP experience, Sage products preferred!Ownership CultureAs an employee-owned company, our client invests in their people for the long term.
