Service Appointment Coordinator

We’re hiring a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Washington, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role. You’ll help customers schedule and manage their service appointments while delivering a friendly, professional experience from the first phone call through follow-up after their visit. What We Offer

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and confirm customer service appointments by phone and online
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers throughout the scheduling process
• Collect and accurately enter customer and vehicle information
• Manage the service appointment schedule to help maximize shop efficiency
• Communicate appointment information, expected timelines, and any changes to customers
• Coordinate with service advisors and other dealership departments
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
• Answer questions about available dealership services
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Participate in training to stay knowledgeable about dealership products and services

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, the internet, and scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
