Senior Product Analyst

Note: This position is onsite 3x a week; remote 2x. Must be local or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL area. Responsibilities: This individual will This is a focus on execution and delivery of AI product/projects. The person will partner closely with Product Managers to translate product vision into detailed requirements that Engineering can build. The ideal candidate enjoys creating product specifications, refining backlogs, documenting requirements, and ensuring features are delivery-ready. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years product management or product development experience Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions Experience coming from or building a strong product culture within an organization Demonstrated ability to transition organizations into product-oriented cultures, shifting mindsets from project delivery to sustainable product thinking AI literacy and direct experience launching AI-enabled products or features.
