Completes accurate and timely documentaiton of all care provided. Enters charges for services as described by department policy. Treats patients in the acute care, LTC and outpatient setting. Assists in performance improvement activities, safety monitoring and professional development. Provides services to all age groups. Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
