Crush Solutions is hiring a motivated and people-focused Marketing and Communications Assistant to join its growing team in Houston, TX . This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, brand representation, customer engagement, client relations, event coordination, and professional outreach.

In this role, the Marketing and Communications Assistant will help communicate client brand messages directly to customers, local businesses, business professionals, and community members throughout the Houston area. This individual will support in-person marketing campaigns, provide clear information about products and services, build professional relationships, and help ensure that each campaign creates a positive and consistent brand experience.

Marketing and Communications Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of in-person marketing, communications, promotional, and community outreach campaigns throughout Houston.
• Represent client brands professionally while communicating with customers, local business owners, decision-makers, and community members.
• Explain products, services, promotions, and campaign messages in a clear, accurate, and engaging manner.
• Adapt brand messaging and presentations based on the needs, interests, and questions of different audiences.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication, active listening, and personalized follow-up.
• Assist with live events, campaign launches, promotional activities, and local outreach initiatives.
• Deliver one-on-one presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and professional clients.
• Generate interest, collect qualified lead information, and support customer enrollment and account-acquisition goals.
• Assist with event preparation, marketing materials, display organization, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
• Track customer interactions, campaign activity, leads, feedback, and performance results using company systems.
• Gather customer and client feedback to help improve campaign messaging and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to maintain consistent brand messaging and strengthen campaign performance.

Qualifications Include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is welcomed but not required.
• Reliable transportation to the Houston office and assigned campaign or event locations.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confidence communicating face-to-face with customers, business professionals, and community members.
• The ability to explain information clearly and adjust communication for different audiences.
• A professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Full-time availability and the ability to begin within the next two to three weeks preferred.
• Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, customer service, hospitality, promotions, sales, account support, or client relations is helpful but not required.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX . Team members report to the Houston office and participate in scheduled marketing campaigns, live events, professional outreach, customer presentations, and community engagement activities throughout the local market.
