We are seeking an Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants the flexibility to practice independently while being part of a collaborative and growing clinical team. This opportunity may be especially attractive to an LCSW who maintains a private practice, has other professional commitments, or is looking to expand their clinical hours and caseload without a rigid traditional schedule. Responsibilities The LCSW will: Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy within areas of competency Conduct behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered therapy Monitor client progress and modify treatment as clinically appropriate Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide in-person and/or telehealth services Maintain HIPAA, confidentiality, professional ethics, and Arizona licensing requirements Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality-improvement activities as applicable Coordinate with other professionals involved in client care when appropriate and authorized Why Join Be Wise? Required Qualifications Current Arizona LCSW license in good standing Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing behavioral health assessment and psychotherapy Knowledge of DSM-based diagnosis and treatment planning Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Willingness to complete applicable payer credentialing and onboarding requirements Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus but not required in every area : Trauma-informed therapy Grief and loss Anxiety and depression PTSD Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Couples and family counseling Adolescents and young adults Substance use and co-occurring concerns Group therapy Telehealth Community-based behavioral health We welcome clinicians with established specialties who are interested in bringing their experience and ideas to Be Wise. Schedule Flexible. Clinicians can establish availability around existing professional and personal commitments while maintaining consistent appointment availability for Be Wise clients. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, availability, responsibilities, caseload, and final engagement structure. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.
