Permanent, full-time opportunity
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Pediatrician
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving underserved and uninsured populations
Hiring due to continued growth and community need
Monday-Friday schedule
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Outpatient primary care practice
Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day
No night or weekend call
Join a multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine physicians, Pediatricians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers
Health system provides approximately 180,000 patient visits annually for 48,000 patients
Current residents, board eligible, and board certified Pediatricians welcome to apply
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Patient population includes primarily Medi-Cal, Medicare, and county insurance plans, with some HMO/PPO and self-pay patients
EMR: AmazingCharts or paper charts with e-prescribing (varies by location)
