Resident Care Manager

Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to be a Resident Care Manager at Union Court Assisted Living in Chesaning, MI. Union Court offers assisted living and specialized care in a home-like environment with a range of care covering minimal assistance, to care for the frail elderly.


As the Resident Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide and manage the care of residents. You will administer medications and treatments while ensuring proper procedures are being followed, ensure residents are being treated with dignity and respect, provide quality care according to their individualized care plan, and ensure resident safety.

Qualified Candidates will possess:

• A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.

• A High School diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred.

• At least six months recent experience as a caregiver, at least six months recent experience in medication administration, knowledge of care related to an elderly population.

• Must be able to operate medical equipment such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, diabetic equipment, needles, syringes, and any other medical equipment as needed to provide resident care.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
