Building Maintenance Technician - Part-time - Short-term

A local company is seeking a technician who will clean, dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathroom, sinks, toilets, etc., take out garbage, light furniture moves when needed, change light bulbs, sweep outside the front and back doors, water indoor and outdoor plants, and replenish supplies.  This is covering for a medical leave, is part-time, and work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. 

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, must have a minimum of 2 years facilities, cleaning, and maintenance experience, must be able to pay attention to detail, must have a good attitude, and must have a solid work history with no attendance issues.   Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.   Any candidate that has basic carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing is preferred, and HVAC experience is a huge plus.
