WHO THRIVES HERE

Former ADP or B2B outside sales reps. Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T retail sales reps. Phone sales professionals from Rocket Mortgage, UWM, or similar high-volume lending environments. • Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right auto, home, life, and financial products
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to closed policy
• Hit daily activity targets calls made, quotes delivered, policies written
• Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the full business of insurance and financial services
• Represent the State Farm brand with professionalism in every interaction
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

• Demonstrated history of outbound phone prospecting or cold calling you know your daily dial numbers
• Competitive drive and genuine resilience when things aren't going well
• A self-starter mindset you don't wait to be told what to do
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Income-motivated with clear financial goals you know what you want to earn and you have a plan
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred (mortgage, retail, B2B, phone sales, or insurance)
• Must obtain Ohio Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses within 60 days of hire (we support you through this process)
