Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through shared experiences and learning.

• Engage in crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
