Application Engineer II

Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate would clearly understand normal and abnormal payment transaction flows; have experience mitigating fraud, chargebacks, and higher interchange fees; translating business, payment network and POS requirements; identifying risks and opportunities of solutions; create effective features and user stories; be capable of troubleshooting production issues; collaborate well with business, partners, and team members.

They would work with multiple vendors and ideally have experience within and outside (bonus); have negotiation skills; be able to influence decisions; and have very good communication skills.

Technical Skills

Required:

• Deep knowledge of Agile - preferably certified Agile PO.
• Experience with Service Now Modules to support ITFP.
• DevOps and ADO.
• Experience with Payments, Finance and Tax with ability to develop Stories, etc. in concert with Finance.
• Drove several complex Product Line integration solutions.
• Experience creating test cases and working with QA to execute test cases.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical team deliverables.

Preferred:

• ERP Experience (either SAP or JDE).
• Applies solution architecture provided by Architect within platform.
• Experience working with Azure Projects.
