Front Desk & Patient Concierge - Private Medical Practice (Manhattan)

Elegant multispecialty medical office on the Upper East Side seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk & Patient Concierge to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks
• Assisting with patient check-in and registration
• Greeting patients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining and updating patient records
• Verifying insurance information and handling billing inquiries (if experienced)

Requirements:

• Previous experience or training as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical office software is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
