Commercial Enablement Manager

Commercial Enablement Manager role at Intuitive Surgical focused on developing learning strategies and global training programs for assigned product lines. This position partners across sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate commercial performance through scalable capability development and launch readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary learning consultant to business stakeholders and conduct performance needs analysis
• Develop learning strategies for product launches, procedural adoption, and commercial capability development
• Lead cross-functional planning and create playbooks, toolkits, and train-the-trainer programs for global execution
• Own readiness strategies and learning plans for assigned products and serve as product subject matter expert
• Define success metrics, monitor training effectiveness, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in commercial enablement, sales training, sales, marketing, product management, or learning and development
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong consultative, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to assess business needs, identify performance gaps, and design learning solutions
• Project and program management skills with multiple priority management capability
• Experience defining learning objectives, success metrics, and evaluation strategies
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance consulting methodologies
