Location: On‑site – East Rutherford, NJ, Iselin, NJ Estimated compensation: 50,000.00 – 60,000.00 USD per year Responsibilities Attend JLL University ("JLLU"), a 13‑week training, development, and networking program for new Associate Brokers Support senior brokers with business development activities, outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails), and internal CRM management Collaborate with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare property summary books, and create business presentations Develop client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect reports, or client presentations) Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation Provide clients with industry and market‑specific information related to their business and maintain contact information on prospects Contribute to local market research requests: market snapshots, quarterly market decks, topic‑specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities Review and understand financial models, cash‑flow projections, and valuation models This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
