Job Type: Contract W2 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS Consultant with strong expertise in production planning, detailed scheduling, and end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP PP/PPDS, Variant Configuration, and integration with manufacturing and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and design solutions using SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS .
- Support MRP, production planning, detailed scheduling, BOMs, routings, production versions, and capacity planning .
- Work with Variant Configuration and complex manufacturing processes.
- Lead PP/PPDS activities across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes.
- Integrate SAP with MM, SD, QM, MES, and PLM systems.
- Support the complete S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare .
- Optimize planning using MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies .
- Design planning-to-execution processes across SAP, MES, and PLM .
- Collaborate with business, manufacturing, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS experience.
- Hands-on SAP PP/PPDS configuration and solution design .
- Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Versions, and Capacity Planning .
- Experience with Variant Configuration .
- Experience integrating SAP MM, SD, QM, MES, and PLM .
- Strong P2F / end-to-end planning experience.
- Experience with UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare .
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
- Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Understanding of multi-stage manufacturing and long-lead-time supply chains .
