Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in a fast-paced ICU environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
• PALS certification (AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS)
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Recent Cerner experience required; each work history entry must list the charting system used

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
