We're looking for a dependable and experienced leader who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and maintains a strong commitment to safety. What You'll Do Plan and execute electrical installations while ensuring full code compliance Read, interpret, and apply NEC codes and safety standards Install conduit, cable systems, and industrial electrical equipment Perform testing to ensure circuits are safe and functioning properly Create and manage bills of materials and track inventory Lead, mentor, and supervise crews of apprentices Maintain project timelines and ensure efficient workflow Promote a safe, organized, and productive job site What We're Looking For Current Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License Proven leadership experience supervising crews Experience with materials management and inventory tracking Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Safety & Requirements OSHA 10 and PEC Safeland certifications required Additional equipment certifications as applicable Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening Valid driver's license required Willingness to travel throughout Wyoming for project-based work Why Join Us?
