Job Duties:

• Operate a Class B 26? box truck with a liftgate
• Local routes
• Haul dialysis supplies
• Touch freight up to 50 lbs.
• Unload using a dolly and stair lifts (15 20 boxes per delivery)

Driving Requirements:

• 22+ years of age
• Valid Class-B license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 9 months of Class B box truck experience
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
