Director Product Marketing - Clinical Operations (Boston)

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of product marketers. Review their work, uphold a high bar for quality and conciseness, and ensure the right people are working on the right projects
• Lead all product marketing activities and content creation (written, PowerPoint, etc.) for 1-2 products, in addition to coaching the team about their own product areas
• Partner closely with product strategy to gain a deep understanding of product vision and upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally
• Develop an annual marketing plan in collaboration with field marketing; work with the team on strategic prioritization
• Contribute to our annual customer conferences in the US and Europe by leading agenda development, working with customers on their presentations, and contributing to other workstreams as needed
• Assist with sales enablement and support field marketing campaigns as needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience
• Able to work independently with little management oversight and excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and content creation skills (written, PowerPoint) with a demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise messaging; ability to set a high standard for the team
• Fast learner
• Ability to think strategically about the business but execute with high attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $200,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
