Position Summary :

We are looking for a creative and motivated candidate to add to our team as a Flyer Advertising Tech! In this position you will be responsible for designing creative layouts for print and online promotional flyers. If you think this sounds like you, APPLY TODAY!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design print and online content from concept to file release. Includes, but not limited to layout design, image and logo placement, product descriptions, disclaimers, and pricing

• Understand the target audience and apply design strategy to layouts

• Coordinate approval processes and make edits according to feedback

• Collaborate with other team members in Flyer & Circulation, Photography, and Merchandising departments

• Maintain progress of multiple sale pages through various stages of the design/routing process

• Review all work for accuracy and consistency

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

• Write persuasive headlines and copy when requested

• Ensure all deadlines are met

• Assist your team with clipping art, proofing, editing, and participating in creative reviews

• Any other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required

• Adhere to brand and retail strategies

• Excellent team player

• Ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines is essential

• Must be open-minded to change

• Must have strong work ethic and be able to take direction

• Ability to be creative and stay organized in a fast paced environment is needed

• Experience with PC computers strongly desired

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook)

• Must be available to work 40 hours/week plus overtime as needed

• Relocation to Eau Claire, WI is required.
