Production Operator – Flow / Wrap: Lena, Illinois

Our customer in Lena, Illinois is looking for a dependable, detailoriented individual to join their team as a Production Operator – Flow/Wrap to work fulltime on 1st shift. In this role, you will support food production by packaging products on a flow/wrap line while following safety, quality, and sanitation standards in a teambased environment.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator – Flow / Wrap:

• Package brie bite products using a flow wrap machine.
• Place products onto the flow wrap line at the required pace.
• Remove products from racks and load them onto the machine.
• Set up and operate the wrap machine following standard procedures.
• Perform basic visual checks on packaging, seals, and product codes.
• Stack finished products onto pallets using correct patterns.
• Assemble boxes and assist with hand packing as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the flow wrap machine at the end of production.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Help coworkers and support the line when downtime occurs.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.

Production Operator – Flow / Wrap Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work in a production environment with occasional heat, cold, humidity, noise, and chemicals.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Pay for Production Operator – Flow / Wrap: $18.00/hour.

Schedule: Monday – Friday starting at 6:00am until work is complete. Some weekends may be required. During slow season, schedules may be reduced to 3–4 days per week.
