As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Tarrytown, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment through clear communication, attention to detail, and integrity. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk within a healthcare location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access processes, issue temporary credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, observe lobby activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and adherence to access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related events, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Receive and route calls, provide general information, document security-related activities, and communicate relevant concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
