Office Assistant

Job Title
Assists the office manager by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties
- Post data in general ledger.
- Computes payments.
- Process customer deals & prepare tag work to send to Court House.
- Answer phones, greet and assists visitors.
- Prepares, issues and sends out invoices, statements and checks for tag work.
- Receives, counts and balances cash drawer.
- Input vehicles into inventory system.
- Operates office machines such as computer, calculator and copier.
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Accounting experience preferred.

Education and/or Experience
- Automotive experience preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
