Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $34.28/hr W2
Duration: 6 Months
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support Client's recruiting organization in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have previous full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate/banking environment , strong ATS expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.

Banking/financial-services recruiting experience is required.

This is a hands-on recruiting role responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, advising hiring managers, and closing candidates through offer acceptance . The recruiter will be expected to develop effective recruiting strategies while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruiting strategies based on hiring needs, including needs analysis, sourcing plans, and recruiting process guidance .
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Source, identify, assess, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and close.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide hiring managers with recruiting guidance and market/pipeline insights.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely updates, transparent communication, and consistent dispositioning.
• Advise candidates regarding compensation and assist with offer negotiation and closing .
• Educate candidates on career opportunities, benefits, career growth, and the overall employee value proposition.
• Utilize the ATS to its full capability , maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data.
• Ensure ATS data integrity and provide meaningful pipeline, recruiting, and market insights .
• Adjust sourcing and recruiting strategies based on hiring-manager feedback, candidate availability, and market conditions.
• Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while meeting recruiting timelines and business expectations.

 

Required Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
• Corporate recruiting experience is required.
• Banking or financial-services recruiting experience is required.
• Proven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers .
• Strong experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
• Strong candidate assessment and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 days per week, in Columbus, OH .
• Ability to work the standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience within banking, financial services, capital markets, or other highly regulated industries .
• Travel recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, business lines, or high-volume corporate environments.
• Strong ATS reporting, pipeline management, and recruiting analytics experience.

• Screening and assessing candidates

• Managing candidate pipelines
• Extending and closing offers
• Maintaining accurate ATS records and recruiting activity

• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
• Onsite Requirement: 5 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Duration: 6 Months
• Pay Rate: $34.28/hr W2

 

Contract/FTE Potential

• Contract extension: Possible, but not guaranteed.
• FTE conversion: Possible, but not guaranteed.

 

Key Screening Requirement: Candidates should have corporate full-cycle recruiting experience AND banking/financial-services recruiting experience.
