Store Assistant, Full Time Circle K is hiring a Store Assistant for a full‑time position at Alachua, FL . The store is located at 16070 NW US Hwy 441, Alachua, Florida 32615. Shift Availability Flexible availability – the schedule can include evenings, weekends and holiday shifts. Job Type Full‑time, Assistant Manager level. We are looking for a candidate who can work hard, lead a small team and maintain a fast‑paced retail environment. Help with hiring, supervising and coaching store staff. Maintain high standards of merchandising, bookkeeping and customer service. Provide predictable, on‑site attendance and strengthen the store’s food program. Display urgency, patience and leadership when interacting with customers and staff. Qualifications Retail experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Supervisor or management experience is highly desirable. Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills required. Experience handling food and understanding safety protocols. High School Diploma or College Degree (equivalent experience). Physical Requirements Stand and walk for up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift. Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift. Hands, grasp, reach and manipulate objects with eye–hand coordination; may require ladder work.
