Program Support Specialist

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Program Support Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract. What You’ll Do: Provide program and administrative support. Track tasks, suspense dates, and program deliverables. Support scheduling and meeting coordination. Maintain program records and correspondence. Assist with briefing preparation. Perform data entry and analysis in support of program requirements. Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders. What You Bring: Required: Associate degree in business, administration, management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of program or administrative support experience. Experience with task tracking, scheduling, meetings, records, correspondence, briefing preparation, data entry and analysis, and coordinating deliverables across stakeholders. CAC eligibility. Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
