Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT license in good standing
• Outpatient experience
• 1 year of experience

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0900-1730
• Weekend requirement: one weekend per month on Saturday in inpatient
• Floating required between outpatient satellite location and inpatient
• EMR: EPIC
